Gregory Hauck is a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, and has been on the staff of The FutureWork Institute, Inc.^® since its inception six years ago. Prior to that, he was a consultant with the Global Diversity Practice at Towers Perrin for five years.

He specializes in training design and facilitation, primary and secondary research, benchmarking studies, organizational assessments and measurement. His current clients, the majority of which are in the healthcare industry, include Centocor, a company of Johnson & Johnson, Boehringer Ingelheim, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Danbury Hospital.

With a long history of community involvement in Connecticut where he resides, he is committed to social change as well as culture change within organizations. He is a liturgical musician and sits on the Board of Directors of the Amalia and Nicola Giuliani Foundation for Religion and the Arts.

He holds an English degree and teaching certificate from Yale College.
