Janet G. Davis is a consultant for The FutureWork Institute, Inc.®. She has assisted organizations and agencies effectively manage various forms of internal change, understand and utilize employee diversity, and view their concerns and ensuing solutions through systemic methods and approaches. Ms. Davis is skilled in organizational diagnosis and assessment, human resources audits, systems appraisal, training design, research methods, group facilitation, and developing training content in the following: inappropriate behavior to sexual harassment, embedded intergroup relations theory, race: making the un-discussible/ discussible and appreciative inquiry. Clients have included pharmaceutical companies (Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers-Squibb, Novartis, and Boehringer Ingelheim), healthcare systems (University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Cooper Hospital), financial institutions (J.P Morgan Chase, M&T Bank, Goldman-Sachs), the communications industry (AT&T, NYNEX, WNET-TV) and gender-focused organizations (Catalyst, Inc., Ms. Foundation). Having completed course work and her dissertation on "The relationship between cognitive complexity and ethnic stereotyping", Kansas State University, Ms. Davis uses her counseling psychology skills to provide confidential sounding boards and coaching for managers and staff seeking different perspectives on interpersonal relationships, organizational behavior and conflict resolutions.
