Ramon Marmolejos is a consultant for The FutureWork Institute, Inc.® He has managed projects and performed consulting assignments for major global organizations. His prior experience includes work as part of the Strategic Planning Group for Pepsi-Cola North America where he led strategic initiatives for the Advertising & Marketing division. There, he worked closely with brand managers from over 20 Pepsi brands and marketing teams, including the Multicultural Marketing group, managing a $600 million marketing budget for over 25 brands, providing ad hoc consulting for the marketing teams, and assisting in financial planning. In addition, Mr. Marmolejos served as the Latin American business analyst for the Eurasia Group of Deutsche Bank, where he conducted research on political risks in Latin America and contributed to reports that were presented to clients. As Assistant Director at the Posse Foundation, a diversity scholarship fund, he provided consulting to Fortune 500 clients around diversity issues in the workplace, conducted diversity training sessions, and provided diversity candidates to fulfill the organization's needs. Mr. Marmolejos graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Strategic Management and Latin American Studies. He is fluent in Spanish and has expertise around the Hispanic market and multicultural marketing in general.
