Sandra A. Deshommes is the Chief Operating Officer for The FutureWork Institute, Inc.^®. In this capacity, she manages the day-to-day activities of the firm - which includes managing the firm's intellectual property, sales, accounting function, graphic design area and human resources function. In addition to being the firm's COO, she has consulting responsibilities for Merrill Lynch, Ogilvy & Mathers and JP Morgan Chase.

Prior to joining The FutureWork Institute, Inc.^®. Ms. Deshommes had an eighteen year tenure at JPMorgan Chase where she held positions of increasing responsibility as Development Director for Chase Auto Finance; Diversity and Change Management Leader for Corporate Human Resources and Operations Manager for Global Trade Finance.

Ms. Deshommes was a leader in creating and executing the organization's Change Management and Leadership efforts. She was a key architect on the firm's diversity agenda - which included ensuring diversity was linked to all human resources systems i.e., performance management, coaching, recruiting, compensation, etc. In these roles, she worked to measurably increase employee, manager and human resource awareness and skill in diversity, work-life and change management.

In addition, Ms. Deshommes managed the firm's management development curriculum. She designed and facilitated programs across the United States, Europe and Latin America. Ms. Deshommes provided support and expertise for managers to successfully encourage, engage and execute the company's people agenda, all of which supported employee growth and development.

Ms. Deshommes received her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Long Island University and holds an M.S. degree from Fordham University in Organizational Development. Ms. Deshommes is fluent in French.
