Alice
Rago is a project manager for the FutureWork Institute and manages a global
pool of forty training affiliates. Her areas of expertise include the older
worker and the implications of the pre-boomer and boomer in the workplace. Ms.
Rago also is currently an adjunct professor of Marketing and Public Relations
at Antioch New England Graduate School. Her experience in the both the private
and nonprofit sectors include eight years as the executive director of The Family
Service Agency, affiliated with the Norwalk Hospital Department of Psychiatry
in Connecticut. In that role, she created and managed family and worklife programs,
conducted innovative community-wide events and gave numerous presentations to
business organizations on families in need and corporate social responsibility.
She also has been a regional public relations director for Bloomingdales,
a media manager for Save the Children Federation; and a researcher/reporter
at TIME Magazine. Ms. Rago is a journalism graduate of Ohio Universitys
College of Communications and has a Masters degree in Organization/Management
from Antioch University. |
