Ian is Managing Director Europe for the FutureWork Institute and has over 20 years experience in the fields of leadership, managing change and diversity. He was previously head of the ICI Group Management of Change team after over 20 years in a variety of line and HR roles. He has published articles on diversity, leadership and change management, and has been on the leadership and management development advisory boards of London Manchester, and Michigan Business Schools.
