Michael
Davis is a consultant with the FutureWork Institute. His current focus is on
helping organizations understand the power of recruiting, developing and utilizing
the talents of a diverse workforce. Mr. Davis has worked on and managed global
and domestic client assignments involving diversity management, organizational
transitions, recruitment and assessment, work environment studies, benchmarking
best HR practices, and sexual harassment. Other areas of expertise include organizational
analysis, diversity training, focus group facilitation, project management,
generational workforce issues, diverse recruiting, harassment prevention and
research. Mr. Davis has worked with Towers Perrin, for B.E. Rock Corporation
and was president and founder of Michael Davis & Associates, a human resources
management consulting group specializing in diversity issues. He holds an M.A.
in Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.S. in Industrial/Labor
Relations from LeMoyne College. |
