Yael C. Sivi is a Consultant at the FutureWork Institute. Her focus is on helping organizations develop policies and programs that enhance employee morale and productivity. Ms. Sivi has worked on global and domestic client assignments involving women’s issues, work/life programs, and benchmarking the best work/life and global diversity practices. Other areas of expertise include work/life assessment, focus group facilitation, emotional intelligence, and research and training on workplace stress. Ms. Sivi has worked at Towers Perrin and as a Marketing Manager at Scholastic, Inc. She holds an M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University with an emphasis in industrial social work and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Macalester College in St. Paul. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the Employment Assistance Program Association, and the National Association of Social Workers.
