The FutureWork Institute has worked with scores of companies large and small
throughout the United States and Canada, focusing on all aspects of diversity
and work-life consulting, and partnering with clients to envision and make real
the future of work in North America.

We have done a significant amount of research and strategy work within the
financial services, pharmaceutical, and consumer products industries and
have trained over 100,000 managers and employees in diversity awareness
and skill building.

As diversity awareness grows into inclusion for all people at work in North
American companies, The FutureWork Institute has developed a strong
series of new offerings geared to companies in the later stages of diversity
management. Many of these new products have been co-created by clients in
our Innovation Labs, in which a number of experienced diversity professionals
come together to experience a program and give their suggestions on how to
tailor the program to increase its effectiveness. A number of the Learning Rooms
highlighted on this website are the result of our Innovation Lab process.

Our recent work in North America has centered around:
