• Communication and Engagement. Our

African Caribbean, Asian, different ages, White Male.
• Measuring Achievement. Against both
‘hard’ and ‘soft’ parameters to
make sure inclusion initiatives are on target.
Our unique diversity leadership behaviour building approach has enabled
us to track the shift in leadership behaviour, amongst all levels of
management, both individually and collectively.
